GOOD NEWS! At the Crooklands Hotel, we are always looking for ways to improve our service and customer satisfaction levels. In order to do this, we maintain a strict routine of updating and upgrading all areas of the hotel.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve standards at the hotel for ALL our guests, we are currently in the process on installing a brand new bathroom suite with a walk-in shower in Room 14, which will allow those with limited mobility to enjoy a nice hot shower. So rather than just take the bath out and replace it with a walk-in shower, we decided that just won't do and are replacing the entire bathroom for brand new fixtures and fittings and having the whole thing re-tiled.

So brand new easy access, walk-in shower installed, en-suite bedroom. Just imagine the luxury. Updates will regularly be posted here. But you will have to visit us to really see how good it looks.
